Moss really does grow on a non rolling stone. And so it does on the non activist. The non activist watches and is aware of the changes which occur, but his apathy moves him neither to action, nor reaction. In time, as his mind atrophies and withers, he finds himself a prisoner to the very forces he could have affected, had he taken the initiative in resisting them from the start. We should all be aware of the plight of the "Prisoner of Complacency" and be sure it is not ourselves.
