This sculpture may be displayed either on the wall or on table top, or even on the floor. The decayed end of this stump of walnut was the inspiration behind the title of the piece.
Carved in harmony with the decay, it presents the facial expression of a proverbial earth god amid a cry, sigh, or even a scream, of protest over abuse of the natural world.
The carving comes ready to hang with opening on back so that it hangs flat on wall.
