Ollo is a bit of an exaggeration in body proportion.
Call it artistic license if you want, but what is a clown except exaggeration. It is after all the attempt of the individual making himself into a clown to distort the body image itself. Consider the shoes for example, used to create the illusion that the feet are bigger than they actually are.
